Sudu Villa is located in the stunning village of Hiriketiya, one of Sri Lanka's best beaches. Our villa is perfect for families, groups of friends or those who prefer some space and can sleep up to 13 people. Featuring a modern industrial tropical design, our house is unique to the area - private pool, 4 bdr + 4 ensuites, 3 kitchenettes, 2 living areas, enclosed courtyard, private parking and a massive rooftop terrace with ocean and sunset views. The villa sits on top of Hiriketiya hill - only a 3 min walk to Hiriketiya and a 5 min walk to Pehebiya beaches... making it one of the only villas in the area to not only enjoy an ocean view, but to be right amongst the amazing beach bars and restaurants that make this village special.
Outside of our peak times (December, January and August) Sudu Villa is availabe to rent as two seperate two bdr + 2 ensuite apartments (each with their own living / kitchen areas and seperate entrances).
Apartment 1 (ground floor) sleeps 4 people and includes the pool + enclosed courtyard.
Apartment 2 (2 levels) sleeps 9 people and includes our massive ocean view rooftop terrace complete with its own kitchenette and dining area.
